Our team is trained to find the heart of the issue and provide you with information on solutions, including upfront pricing, before we do any work. Your security deserves the best workmanship possible, so we ensure all our technicians receive annual continuing education. Attending training also informs us of the latest and greatest in the lock industry, enabling us to provide you with the best products to suit your needs. How We Operate
- Quotes & Estimates: we provide over the phone estimates. If you would like a firm quote for other work we may ask for photos or to schedule an onsite survey. In our local area (Covington & Conyers) onsite quotes are free for the first visit, outside that area we will require a trip charge be paid to come out. If you have a specialized inquiry the office can put you in touch with the technician best qualified to assist.
- Scheduling: we operate based on firm appointment times. In the rare, unexpected event our technicians are running more than five minutes behind we will contact you. If you require same day service and we are booked up we may be able to fit it in between jobs if you can be flexible. Please note- we are not an emergency service. Weekend and after hours appointments are available only at our technicians’ discretion. Our hours of operation are Mon-Fri, 9AM-5PM.
- In Shop Work: during business hours there is always someone at the shop to assist with key duplication, scheduling, and general information. We encourage customers to bring in hardware needing keys made for, repaired, or rekeyed. If all our technicians are out in the field when you come in you may be asked to leave it with us when possible or to schedule an appointment. For automotive key programming please call ahead of time to schedule an appointment with the automotive technician.
- Unlocks and Automotive Key Generations: we require proof of residency to unlock houses and commercial spaces. This can be as simple as a driver’s license with a matching address. If your address is different on your ID, we will ask for either a recent utility bill, deed, lease, or bill of sale. Likewise, if you have locked up or lost keys to your vehicle we will require proof of ownership before we hand keys over. Proof can be either your registration, insurance, title, or bill of sale in addition to a Driver’s License with a matching name.
- Warranty: our key duplicates are guaranteed to work as well as your original. We offer a limited warranty on all our products (1 year for hardware, 90 days for automotive keys with buttons and remotes) and repairs (30 days).
- Methods of Payment: we accept all major credit and debit cards at no additional fee. Cash. And checks for all work except unlocks and automotive. When establishing a commercial account with us the first visit is payment upon completion, subsequent work may be billed at net 30 days.
